Find Your Deal, Then Open Dela
You've found something you want on Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, a uni group, wherever. Buyer and seller agree on a price and what's being sold. Then both open Dela and create the deal with the item details and the agreed amount. It takes less than a minute.
Buyer Pays Through Dela
The buyer pays through Dela. The money is held securely by Stripe and is not sent to the seller. No more sending money to a stranger's account and hoping for the best. The seller can see inside Dela that the funds are locked in and ready, which gives them the confidence to ship.
Seller Ships the Item
The seller ships the item using Dela's in-app shipping, or uses their own courier and enters the tracking number into Dela. Both buyer and seller can track the delivery in real time inside the app. No guessing, no ghosting, no "I sent it yesterday I promise."
Buyer Confirms, Seller Gets Paid
The item arrives. The buyer has 24 hours to check it matches the description. If everything is good, the funds are released to the seller. If something is wrong, the item doesn't match, or it never arrives, Dela steps in to resolve it. Both sides are covered.
Payments Held by Stripe
Buyer funds are held securely by Stripe until the item is received and confirmed. No money moves until you say so.
Shipping and Tracking
Book a courier through Dela or use your own. Tracking lives inside the app so both sides can see exactly where the item is.
ID Verified Sellers
Every seller is verified through Stripe Identity before they can receive a payment. You always know who you're dealing with.
